At Mabel May, we take great care in describing and photographing each item we sell. Because we offer second-hand and vintage clothing, all sales are final. However, if your purchase arrives damaged or does not match the description on our website, we’re here to help.

1. No Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of second-hand and vintage goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or if the item doesn’t fit, unless it is damaged or materially different from the description provided on our website.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, or if the item you receive does not match the description or photos on our site, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue and may offer a solution, including:

  • A replacement (if available)

  • Store credit

  • A partial refund (depending on the situation)

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to qualify for this type of resolution. After 7 days, we cannot accept any claims for damaged or incorrect items.

To report a damaged or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at mabelmayclothing@gmail.com with the subject line: "Issue with Order #[Order Number]".

  2. Include the following details in your email:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue (e.g., damaged item, incorrect size, etc.)

    • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s) showing the issue

  3. Our customer support team will get back to you within 2–3 business days to resolve the issue.

4. Return Shipping

If we determine that the item is eligible for a resolution (replacement, store credit, or partial refund), we will provide you with instructions for returning the damaged or incorrect product. We will cover the cost of return shipping if the fault lies with us.

5. Store Credit

In cases where a resolution involves store credit, this credit will be issued for the full amount of the purchase price of the item(s), excluding shipping costs, and can be used on any future order with us.

6. Exclusions

This refund policy does not apply to items that have been:

  • Used or worn (other than for fitting purposes)

  • Altered, washed, or cleaned

7. Final Decision

We reserve the right to determine the best course of action for resolving any issue based on our discretion and available inventory.
